Best Dressed at Teen Choice Awards 2012

The 2012 Teen Choice Awards were held last night, July 22 at the Gibson Amphitheatre, in Universal City, California. The event was hosted by Demi Lovato and ‘Glee’ actor Kevin McHale. While The Teen Choice Awards is not The MET Gala, stars were pretty boring when it came to fashion.

TAYLOR SWIFT wore a white backless Grecian-inspired Maria Lucia Hohan dress, coral earrings, neutral peep-toes and a coordinating Edie Parker clutch. For once, Taylor was probably the best dressed star at the event.

MIRANDA COSGROVE was all about metallics, pairing a silver top and pewter skirt. She accessorized her look with black accents and a Stephen Webster bracelet.

KENDALL JENNER donned a navy blue one-shoulder dress with lace overlay, gold accessories and a summery braid.

LUCY HALE rocked a little red halter dress, plus gold jewels, clutch and platform heels.

NINA DOBREV wore a strapless asymmetrical J. Mendel turquoise dress accented by gold jewels and strappy sandals.

The 2012 MTV Movie Awards were held on Sunday, June 3and we saw a few pretty outfits. Here’s our list of best dressed stars:

EMMA WATSON wore an edgy graphic-print peplum mini with an open back by Brood and Tabitha Simmons strappy shoes.

KRISTEN STEWART a silver mini with a graphic purple-and-yellow pattern Guishem dress with yellow and black accents.

SHAILENE WOODLEY wore head-to-toe Stella McCartney, the actress looks sophisticated in a plunging menswear-inspired black vest and pants.

EMMA STONE donned a pale pink-and-black frock, ankle-strap nude heels and her new blonde hair that doesn’t look better than its red version.

MILA KUNIS had a super-short orange-and-white print shirtdress and black peep-toe heels.

ELIZABETH BANKS opted for a black stretch crepe long sleeve Elie Saab jumpsuit with lace cutout panels and also Saab heels.

NIKKI REED glittered in Randi Rahm’s cap sleeved gold beaded cocktail dress.
